Within man, there exists a need and sense to create, to keep in order, and to conquer. Communities can be defined by what they produce, the territorial boundaries they fall within or the common interests they hold. Clans, tribes, or teams with a common goal fight for that which is held true and worthy.
This organization holds Jesus Christ as the only One true and worthy for which to fight and by which to be defined. As He asks us to fight the good fight and run the race set out before us, we also ask others alongside us to do the same. And there is much to fight for: the orphans and widows, the lame, the blind, the mute, the sick, the lonely, the impoverished and the oppressed.
Those mentioned cant fight for themselves.Through the Sports Ministry, we strive to fight on their behalf, raising the necessary funds to reach these people in their needs. The call goes out to the valiant, the brave, the pure in heart, and those with a healthy spirit of competition to get equipped and be fully clothed with the armor of God. The Word of God is our weapon and faith is our shield as we battle in war and wrestle in a struggle as faithful Christian soldiers. We fight on and off the fields. In ancient days, sports were used to harden soldiers. Today, it is the same.
Join us for Soccer, Volleyball, Dodgeball, Softball, Flag Football, or Ping Pong. Fight with us "against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places," (Ephesians 6:12). Play to become hardened soldiers. Then come with us to do battle. The mission fields await such soldiers.
