Honduras Mission Trip
March 20- March 29

Join us in taking the Gospel message to those less fortunate than us in Honduras.

We continue serving Honduras by showing Christ's love, with special attention to ministering to children and young people, focusing on presenting the Gospel and connecting individuals to the local church.  Please pray for continued guidance, a long term vision, and workers to serve in this ministry through the following projects:

VBS: Ministry for children utilizing lessons, arts/crafts, music, games and drama to present the Gospel.
Need:  Energetic young people with minimum of 1 year experience in children's ministry.

Soccer: Ministry reaching adolescent boys with the message of the Gospel through soccer.
Need: Active men with a desire to mentor young adolescent boys, with experience in youth ministry.

Deadline to register:March 7
$850/Person (airfare not included)

Only 35 spots available:10 VBS, 10 Purity, 15 Soccer

Due to limited spots, participation on the mission trip is on a first come, first served basis.

If you desire to serve in any of these areas and apply it for God's Kingdom:

- Pray about it.
- Email our HR Rep, Raluca Caraba at  and we'll get you going on our Charity Cup Honduras Yahoo Group.
- Register online promptly. Make sure to fill out the Honduras mission trip application in its entirety.
- Turn in pastoral recommendation/reference.
- We will review your application and send you an answer via email in 1-2 weeks.
- Provide payment by deadline.
A typical day on the Honduras Mission Field:        

7:00 am Devotionals
7:45 am Breakfast
9:00-11:00 am Session #1
Soccer Training Session for Boys
VBS Lessons in Public Schools

12:00 pm Lunch
1:00 pm Preparation for next session
2:00 pm-4:00pm  Session #2
Soccer Training
VBS Lessons in Public Schools

6:00 pm Dinner
7:00 pm Chapel/Outreach Concert/Carnival night
8:30 pm Free time
11:00 pm Lights Out
All the workers on this mission will be volunteer workers that will pay their own way, or raise their own funds to partake of this wonderful opportunity to serve.


You will need to fly to San Pedro Sula, Honduras on Friday, March 20, 2009 before 8 pm and depart Sunday
March 29, 2009.

Passport: You must have a Passport to travel to Honduras. If you do not have one, please apply for your passport early to make sure that you'll receive it in plenty of time for your trip. You can visit the U.S. State Department's website for details on how and where to apply.
